Anemia is defined as the decrease in the number of the Red blood cells in blood or decrease in the quantity of hemoglobin in the blood that ultimately leads to the decrease of oxygen in the blood as the number of hemoglobin molecules that bind with oxygen have decreased. There are a variety of anemias that can be classified depending on the underlying cause.

Diet related insufficiency: iron rich food should be taken. • Excessive blood loss due to some medical cause or injury may lead to anemia
• Fluid overflow in the body leads to low concentration of hemoglobin in the blood
